What we collect and why. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company, the service you are interested in and your message. We use them only to answer your request and to follow up on a potential collaboration. Our host also processes technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) in server logs to operate and secure the website.
Call booking. When you book a call, the booking calendar is provided by TidyCal (tidycal.com), a third-party scheduling service. It is loaded only when you open the booking window. To book a slot, you enter your name, email address, the time slot you choose, and optionally your phone number, your company or project name and any information you wish to share. TidyCal processes this data on our behalf to schedule the call and send you the confirmation and reminder emails, and we use it only to hold the call and to follow up on it. Please see the TidyCal privacy policy for details about its own processing.
Legal basis. Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the contact form and for non-essential cookies, and our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating and securing the website and answering business enquiries.
Retention. Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and, if no business relationship follows, for a maximum of three years after our last contact. They are then deleted.
Recipients. Your data is accessible only to the authorised members of the NTN AGENCY team and to the service providers acting on our behalf (website hosting, email, call scheduling and cookie consent management). We never sell your data.
Transfers. Website data is stored in the European Union. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses apply.
Your rights. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to its processing and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email contact@ntn.agency. We will answer within one month.
Complaints. You can lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP, www.cpdp.bg) or with the data protection authority of your country, for example the CNIL in France (www.cnil.fr).
A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. We keep their use to a minimum.
Strictly necessary. The cookie consent tool (CookieYes) stores a cookie named cookieyes-consent for up to 12 months to remember your choices. It does not identify you.
Third-party resources. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When it does, your IP address may be transmitted to Google. The booking calendar shown when you click Book a call is provided by TidyCal and loaded from tidycal.com only when you open it. When it loads, your IP address is transmitted to TidyCal, and TidyCal may use its own cookies or similar technologies to run the calendar.
Analytics and advertising. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add any, they will only be activated after your consent.
You can change or withdraw your choices at any time through the cookie banner settings, or delete cookies in your browser settings.
